Steve McGavin
Steve McGavin is a senior officer in the Economic Development service within the City Development department of the City of Edinburgh Council where he manages the development of Edinburgh’s Waterfront Promenade and the physical regeneration of the city’s town centres. Steve is a chartered town planner with over 20 years experience in the local authority sector. For seven years Steve was manager of the Wester Hailes Social Inclusion Partnership and the West Edinburgh Community Planning Partnership.
