The Square Phase 8
Designed by Smith Scott Mullen Architects, and occupying a triangular site immediately west of Niddrie Mill and St. Francis Primary Schools, Phase 8 includes 58 homes of which approximately 50% are designated available for social housing to be owned and managed by Link Housing Association. The development includes a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 storey blocks, with a central courtyard garden.
Planning aprpoval was secured in Aguust 2008.
This development has an expected start date of October 2010 and is scheduled to complete in August 2012.
