The Square Phase 7

Designed by Elder and Cannon Architects, and located on a linear site to the east of the new joint campus for Niddrie Mill & St Francis Primary Schools designed by the same architects, Phase 7 consists of 22 houses of which 4 are designated for social housing, to be owned and managed by Places for People Housing Association. All houses are of 2 or 2 ½ storey and are designed to have private front and back gardens.

Planning consent and building warrant have been granted. Construction began in April 2008 and completion is scheduled for April 2009.

These homes are now for sale.
