Designed by Hypostyle Architects, this project comprises 119 homes of which 21% are for social housing, to be owned and managed by Places for People Housing Association. The scheme provides a mixture of 3-bed townhouses, 1 and 2-bed flats. There is a common courtyard private to residents.
The planning application has now been approved.
