Bursary Scheme
An innovative construction related Bursary Scheme launched by PARC funds local pupils as they take on university places and work-training courses after they leave school.
Pupils from Castlebrae High School have been the first to benefit from the Bursary Scheme, which supports them in developing their careers with companies in the architecture, construction, law and engineering sectors.
Each Bursary provides up to £2,500 a year to support study in full time Further or Higher Education or a work based training place to pupils whose personal and financial circumstances might otherwise prevent them from pursuing their studies and chosen career.
