The Courtyards Phase B
Designed by Architects Austin Smith Lord, the development is the first in Greendykes North and comprises 92 new homes, 22% of which are designated as social housing to be owned and managed by Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association. The development includes a mix of 3 and 4 storey flats, townhouses and mews houses, with a large secured community backcourt.
Planning consent and building warrant have been granted. Construction began in May 2008 and completion is scheduled for October 2009.
These homes are now for sale.
