The Square Phase 1
Designed by Page and Park Architects, Phase 1 comprises 63 homes of which 20% are for social housing, to be owned and managed by Places for People Housing Association. The scheme provides a mixture of three bedroom detached houses, and town houses, and 1 and 2 bedroom flats. There is a common courtyard private to residents.
