Homes

PARC homes are being marketed and sold in Craigmillar under the ParcLife name. The new homes are part of the vision to transform the capital’s city living, known as Edinburgh’s ‘Green Quarter’.

The first development area is at Wauchope Square - The Square, where approximately 400 homes are planned. The second is in Greendykes - The Courtyards where approximately 600 new homes are planned. Around one in five of all homes will be for affordable rent.
