PARC picks up regeneration award

The EDI Group’s lead role in the regeneration of one of Edinburgh’s most deprived wards has been recognised at an influential awards ceremony for the property industry. PARC, the company charged with the regeneration of Craigmillar, won the Regeneration Award for Excellence at the Property Executive Awards 2008, held at the Corn Exchange, Edinburgh on Thursday 25 September.
PARC is a joint venture company which brings together developers The EDI Group, The City of Edinburgh Council and groups and representatives from the local Craigmillar community.
